We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all unused and unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that assembled custom skateboards are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skate hardware is protected.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
